– Prerequisites checking  : we contact the future trainees to explain the training content and determine their level. We do a quick assessment to check the status of their pre-requisites. If necessary, we provide recommendations so that each participant can access the training without technical difficulty.

– Training action : we organize the session and the room (if the training takes place in our IT centres). We prepare the invitations and send them to the participants electronically. We welcome trainees from 8.45 a.m. and lessons start at 9 a.m. We have 3 breaks per day (including lunch time). Our trainings are very practical, each theoretical point being systematically followed by examples and exercises. We limit access to the course to eight people. Exceptionally, we will be able to provide a larger audience for private company sessions.

– Learning assessment: by the end of the training, we offer a study case recalling most of the points seen during the course and we ask the trainees to carry it out (for two hours to one day depending on the theme of the course). The trainer records the participants’ work at the end of the course and fills out an evaluation sheet to highlight the points to be reworked as a priority.

– Support in a professional situation : we offer optional platforms for exchange and capitalization of information between trainees and trainers in order to assist participants upon their return to work. This platform is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the teachers answer the questions no later than five days following their formulation (except periods of leave which will be communicated to the trainees). To find out more about our exchange and support platform or to know its cost, contact us.
