Article I - Payment
DAWAN assigns its invoices to BNP Factor.
In this context, payments are made:
- 30 days from the end of the service if the file is accepted by BNP Facto r
- 100% on order in all other cases
If your invoice is covered by a third party organization (OPCA, Group, public establishment, etc.), you must specify this when ordering by indicating in the « billing address » field: the name and address of the organization third party and possibly the file number. Without any indication from you when ordering, the invoice will automatically be sent to the recipient of this quote who may then be reimbursed.
The mention on the estimate of invoicing from a third party organization does not disengage the client from the sums due except with the agreement of the third party organization before the start of the course. Consequently, the invoice will be sent to the recipient of this estimate if the written agreement of the third party organization has not reached us before the internship.
Article II - Penalties
For all professionals, the payment of sums due after the eligibility date appearing on the invoice will automatically increase the amount thereof by a lump sum compensation of € 40 provided for in article L441-6 paragraph 12 of the code. of commerce, and the amount of which is set by decree n ° 2012-1115 of October 2, 2012 (article D441-5 of the code of civil enforcement procedures).
In the event of a regulatory change in the amount of this lump sum compensation, the new amount will automatically replace that appearing in these general conditions of sale or payment conditions.
The automatic application of this compensation does not preclude the application of additional compensation for the claim on justification, in accordance with the aforementioned text, had to amount to all the sums that will have been incurred, whether whatever the nature, for debt collection.
Article III - Registration - Cancellation - Postponement
The signature of the quote is equivalent to an order form. Dawan proceeds to register your employees upon receipt.
Any registration that has not been canceled in writing at least 3 weeks before the start of the training will be due in full. Replacements are accepted at any time.
Dawan reserves the right to postpone the session and propose a new date if the number of participants is not sufficient. No compensation or remuneration is due.
Cancellations by the Client may be made up to three (3) weeks before the start of the service without the Training Organization being able to claim compensation.
Any cancellations within three (3) weeks of the training will result in the invoicing of the training. At its sole discretion, the training organization may offer the Customer to postpone the training to a later date, but this postponement will not result in the billing being postponed.
