The release of the R2 version of the Redmond firm’s OS server breathed new life into a promising but disappointing first version. The Windows 2008 Server R2 operating system has reached a level of maturity which allows it to finally go into production in a number of companies which for 2 years have been accelerating migrations to this version.

On the 5-day program, you will find:

1- installation and deployment,
2- basic and advanced system configuration,
3- creation of the structure and objects of the Active Directory,
4- application and system maintenance,
5- PowerShell approach for day-to-day maintenance ,
6- the roles of the databases: file server, print server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
7- the approach of WSUS and Hyper-V

The emphasis is on best practices for having a sustainable operating system. At the end of the course, you will know:

– automate current tasks,
